Claudia M. Mosley
Claudia M. Mosley is the co-founder and CFO of Merchant Processing Solutions Inc. (MPS), a national merchant services company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
As a business owner and a community leader it was a priority to launch a corporate social responsibility program. The MPS National Give-Back Program guarantees that a percentage of MPS profits are directed back to their non-profit clients.
Claudia is also the CFO, fundraising administrator, sponsor and a hands-on volunteer of the Americas Planned Giving, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization working together to eradicate poverty in the Americas by educating neglected children.
As a Latina of Colombian decent, family is the most important thing to me. My first priority is always raising my four children with my husband, and passing on the same principles, values, and beliefs that I was raised with.
I’m Sandra Sanchez, born in Bogotá, raised in Bogotá and I live in Bogotá, Colombia. I am a graphic designer and passionate about creativity. Through my profession I have learned about the importance of having a comprehensive communication which has led me to study and practice science as NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). We currently work in the area of Public Affairs Office Citibank Colombia, I am leading national internal communications.
Since I have always been characterized by easily interacting with the people around me at any stage, by generating good dynamic interaction between people with which I have the opportunity to work or socialize which positions me as a key person in my community.
Diana was born in Bogotá, Colombia, where she entered the university to pursue a degree in Industrial Engineering, she has since attended Broward College for Business Administration and is certified as a Human Resources Manager from Florida Atlantic University. Diana has been in the credit card acceptance industry for almost a decade; she started as an Account Implementation Rep at FDR and from there worked her way up within the industry, now Diana as the Chief Operations Officer for MPS runs the operations and logistics of the company. Diana brings great networking and resource support to fundraising operations for Americas Planned Giving.

More than 13 years in recognized companies got me the opportunity to learn and help people/businesses in sales. Experience since 2010 at the American Market. Sales and Marketing is my passion - I have to admit that helping others to increase sales is something I love. Luis and Candy Torres
Luis and Candy are active members of the community. As Public Adjusters, they have found the opportunity to help the homeowners and business owners in their property damage claims. By representing the property owners against the insurance companies, they create balance in the insurance claims process by making sure the insured is paid properly for their loss in order to repair their properties back to pre-loss condition. They take pride in their work and business. Helping others is a service that is rewarding in many ways, but the biggest reward for Luis and Candy is seeing their clients happy with the result of our hard work.
Candy and Luis are proud committee members of “Americas Planned Giving”. Luis and Candy have been married for 23 years and are proud parents of two college students. Luis and Candy strongly believe that educating our children today will create a better tomorrow.
Yamilet was Born in Bogotá, Colombia and raised in Westchester, NY I now live in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where MPS is headquartered. I went to school in New York and graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Science. I moved to South Florida in 2001 and it was then where my career in the electronic payments industry began. Prior to my current position, I created and led a very successful national sales team that focused on turn-key electronic payment solutions for the quick service restaurant segment.
In July 2005 I graduated with an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. After graduation my entrepreneurial spirit took off and by early 2006 I created and established MPS with the goal of surrounding myself with what I consider today to be the “WINNING” team. I am conscious every day that without my management team, nothing would be possible. I am very lucky and blessed to have the opportunity to share my life with what I consider to be the brightest minds and giving souls around. I strongly believe in the power of multiple positive minds visualizing a mutual goal and making it happen by mutual determination.

I was born in Caracas, Venezuela and raised in Miami, FL since 1991. I became an alumni of St. Thomas University with a bachelor’s in Mass Communications and a CERT in Homeland Security and Terrorism on a full scholarship in 2009. Worked with different law firm in South Florida for a period of 10 years until joining Miami Dade College as a Production Specialist. Later that year, a career change when I joined WSVN, Channel 7 as an Investigative Producer for the station becoming the producer for the popular South Florida segment Help Me Howard. I developed a passion for helping the community at an early age winning awards for always excelling in my community thru community service. In part the importance of helping others was a value engraved by my parents who have been serving their community as Pastors of a nondenominational church in Kendall since 2001.

Marcelina was born in New York City and raised in Puerto Rico, where she entered Sacred Heart University to pursue a degree in Computer Science. She currently lives in Cooper City, FL with her husband Joseph and three children. She continues to pursue a degree of Science in Management from Nova Southeastern University. Her extensive background includes working for American Express in the Office of the Ombudspersons, as an Executive Assistant and in other areas of the business as a Business Analyst and a Human Resource Specialist. She has also worked with other Fortune 500 companies, including J.P. Morgan Chase as an Internal Consultant and GE Capital as a Systems Assistant. Her contributions would include an array of experience in office administration, software support, communications and awareness. Marcelina has since travelled on several occasions to Bogota, Colombia where her desire grew to support the children and the community alongside Americas Planned Giving.
